Believing in the power of professionalism is a philosophy practiced by every single employee at Innolamin. Regardless of their role, to truly serve clients well, every employee must be an "industry expert" who understands the products, the industry, and the clients. Internally at Innolamin, training is also affectionately referred to by everyone as the " Innolamin Academy." The recently concluded two-month, high-intensity training program is a microcosm of this principle.
All professionalism begins with a reverence for rules and life. During the first week of training, the entire team dove into dense texts, studying national standards (GB), industry standards, and team standards for film and laminated glass. From every single parameter and the rigid requirements of each test to the reasons why these tests are necessary, everyone mastered the details.

However, knowledge gained from books alone is never enough. After memorizing the standards, everyone had to step into the laboratory to conduct hands-on experiments, repeatedly adjusting instruments and recording data. Only by witnessing the performance of the film in the lab with their own eyes could they truly understand the product's performance and its core value in practical applications.

Understanding the product also means knowing how it is born. Team members went deep into the frontlines of the production workshop, learning extrusion, calendering, cooling, and winding processes alongside senior engineers. They came to understand how raw material ratios, temperature control, and environmental cleanliness impact film performance. Every roll of film that Innolamin delivers to its clients is backed by strict process baselines and standardized production workflows.

Understanding one's own product is far from enough; one must also understand the client's processes. The most critical part of this training brought the team directly into clients' glass processing plants. On the workshop floor, everyone gathered around the assembly rooms and autoclaves, gaining hands-on experience with the entire lamination process—from washing, layout, and pre-pressing to entering the autoclave.

From written exams on theoretical knowledge and hands-on laboratory simulations to defense presentations analyzing case studies on clients' actual pain points, there were no shortcuts to take. Behind every graduation certificate lies a genuine test of the technical caliber of this new cohort.
"I used to think sales was just about selling products. Now I realize that what we sell is a complete delivery guarantee based on a deep technical understanding. This training has given me much more confidence," one colleague shared, filled with enthusiasm and assurance.
Having emerged from this rigorous crucible, these colleagues—who have now completed their systematic upgrade—have officially integrated into Innolamin's highly efficient service system.
